Strategic Plan
Kinross Wolaroi School is committed to being a leading school, with a dedication to educational excellence. In this context, we are proud to share our Strategic Plan for the next three years, ‘Building our Future’.
The Strategic Plan 2024-2026 identifies four drivers for action: Student Experience, Staff Experience, Community Engagement and Sustainability. It is designed to propel focused and deliverable strategic change over a compact timeframe. The four Focus Areas provide a framework for the development of plans that will be reported on annually to our community.
In our new Strategic Plan we outline a strategy that is responsive to the current and future needs of our students and staff, while enhancing the sustainability of a great school in which our community has deep roots and investment.
Building our vision
Campus Masterplan
Kinross Wolaroi School is embarking on the delivery of a staged masterplan for its built environment that will provide modern, integrated infrastructure designed to meet the needs of our students and staff for many decades: a plan that will commence in 2023.
In a staged process that progressively opens up new zones for redevelopment, the project will provide a physical manifestation of our vision for learning and responds to the needs and aspirations of our school community.
The masterplan is focused on upgrading the school’s academic precinct, in response to strong enrolments and an increasing demand for teaching spaces. The masterplan also recognises the importance the boarding community plays in the overall fabric of the school.

The Foundation
Established in 1987, the Kinross Wolaroi School Foundation continues to play a pivotal role in the growth of our school. Through significant capital raising, the Foundation has funded the acquisition of our farming properties, the construction of school buildings and provides ongoing support through scholarships and bursaries.
Kinross Wolaroi is in a strong position with many achievements to celebrate. The Foundation will support our continued success, ensuring we are resilient in the face of challenges we may face along the way.
