Introducing Our New Uniform
We are proud to introduce the new Kinross Wolaroi School academic uniform, created as we prepare to celebrate 50 years as Kinross Wolaroi School in 2025. This new design reflects our school's strong identity, merging classic elements with a contemporary style that honours our history while looking forward to the future.
We partnered with renowned Australian designer Jonathan Ward to lead the uniform redesign project. He has a distinguished background as the head designer for RM Williams and extensive experience crafting uniforms for many iconic Australian businesses and schools in Australia and overseas.
The new collection is thoughtfully designed for value and convenience, offering flexibility, versatility, and durability. These qualities ensure that our uniform will remain stylish and practical for many years, providing a lasting investment for families. All students must now be in the new school uniform, both academic and sport.

The Kinross Wolaroi School uniform shop is located adjacent to the Tower Building on the main Wolaroi Campus at 59-67 Bathurst Road, Orange.

Trading hours are as follows:
Mondays – 8.15am to 1.15pm
Tuesdays – 8.15am to 3.45pm
Thursdays – 8.15am to 3.45pm

The on-campus uniform shop's trading hours for the summer holidays are still to be confirmed.
Pricing
Payment Methods: Families can order and pay for uniform items on credit or debit card via phone, email or online. In-store we accept cash payment. Please note that items can no longer be charged to a student's school account.

Book an Appointment
Online Shopping
Click and Collect: The convenient and quick way to shop from Noone. Shop online, place your order and it will be ready to collect same day or the next trading day. Junior School orders will be delivered to students via the Junior School Office and Senior School students are able to collect orders from the uniform shop.
Home Delivery: Deliveries are sent via Australia Post. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Fittings for New Students
New student uniform fittings are available by appointment over each year's Christmas break or as required. Towards the end of each year you can make appointments for fittings via our website or contacting us during term time.
It is recommended that you make an appointment to ensure we can provide you with a personalised and efficient fitting service. Full uniform will be available for immediate purchase or alternatively you are welcome to use our lay-by service and collect your order prior to start of Term.
Our experienced staff fit for growing room. However, if for any reason your son or daughter grows significantly over the holiday period, we will happily exchange any uniform item.
Uniform Labelling
All school clothing is required to be clearly labelled with the student’s name. Please remember to mark watches, sporting equipment, calculators and other personal possessions.
Student name labels can be purchased from Cash’s Name Labels via their website here.
We recommend that you select the ‘Woven Sew-In Clothing Labels’.
Boarders please note: Iron-on name labels are not acceptable as they will fall off during laundering. All boarders’ clothing(uniform and casual) must be clearly labelled with a sew-in name tag before it is brought to school. Your child will need to bring some additional sew-in nametags to school with them, to be used for any additional clothing purchases. House Mothers can assist with any additional labelling.
Secondhand Clothing
Consignment Items
The Uniform Shop accepts a limited range of second hand uniform items on consignment. This includes blazers, woollen jumpers, tunics, skirts and ties. Please contact the uniform shop do discuss which of your items they will accept. All consignment items should be dry-cleaned prior to drop off.
Facebook Sales
The school also supports the ‘KWS Community buy/sell/giveaway school related items’ Facebook page as a forum for sourcing second hand uniform items from the school community.
